Supporting unitarian initiatives

In addition to supporting charities as individuals and as a congregation (find out more here) we also support our members wishing to extend their knowledge/skills. This could include support during ministry training, attending Worship Studies courses, or attending certain events. We also support initiatives developed by other Unitarians/groups, such as the 'Send a Child to Hucklow' fund; one of the several charities we have donated to this year. The fund enables disadvantaged children (regardless of religious/political beliefs or race) to experience a holiday at the Unitarian Holiday Centre in Great Hucklow, Derbyshire. The fund provides travel, accommodation,  excursions and more for children who otherwise wouldn't have the opportunity to experience this.
